The V2K, Inc. team has a distinctive combination of appraisal and logistics experience. This blend of knowledge and proficiency provides a foundation to identify what needs attention relative to organizations and individuals. We then, develop pragmatic solutions by collaborating with the client and/or the individual to be coached, to design the process that will achieve the desired outcomes. All training services are customized, whether they are a developed product or one of the off-the-shelf products.

ASSESSMENTS: INVENTORIES, SURVEYS AND TESTS
V2K, Inc. conducts assessments to enrich the training and coaching experience. We develop and conduct surveys to gather feedback and to develop baselines for measuring and establishing benchmarks. We administer nationally normed inventories, surveys and test.
FACILITATION and FOCUS GROUPS
The V2K, Inc. team facilitates strategic planning sessions, developmental sessions to craft mission, vision and values statements and meetings focused on brainstorming. Focus Group sessions are conducted to gather feedback based on the needs of the client or at the client’s request.
The training workshops are instructor-led and experiential. Each is customized to meet the needs of the respective industry and workforce culture. A holistic approach is used when customizing the training. The organizational culture, workplace issues, the budget, and time constraints are each factored into the design and format.
The training curriculums are structured around the B.R.A.V.O. Empowerment™ model. The B.R.A.V.O. Empowerment™ model is a systems-thinking developmental process that concentrates on the power embodied in five fundamentals: behaviors, relationships, attitudes, values and outcomes. The alignment of the five fundamentals with effective organizational practices, competencies and goals, establishes a foundation for empowering and building innovative leaders, well-functioning teams and productive organizations. The continuous development of the fundamentals will create energy and new thinking to resolve chronic issues and strategies to effectively manage change, opportunities and chronic issues. CULTURAL COMPETENCE AND INCLUSION
Defines cultural competence, diversity and Inclusion. The workshop examines how the human frame of reference shapes perceptions, attitudes and behaviors. There are three sections within Diversity that accommodate for the different levels of awareness. The first is a four-hour experiential workshop designed to heighten awareness around who is responsible for creating a workplace of respect; one that allows for the total spectrum of differences and similarities to be valued and integrated equitably in support of the goals and overall operations. The curriculum examines how the human frame of reference shapes perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors, which consciously and unconsciously influences communication, teamwork, performance and productivity. Activities include a focus on five behaviors that impact employees; and building skills to enable effective communication, about and across the differences.
T.A.L.K : A Focus on Successfully Navigating Four Generations in the Workplace
T.A.L.K is a workshop that addresses the complexities of working and communicating in a multi-aged workforce. Participants Talk about the generational issues. They Acknowledge the differences and discuss how from these differences growth and knowledge is acquired. They learn to Leverage the value of generational perspectives. They Kick-out old habits that create barriers. The workshop introduces skills, strategies and insights to eliminate generational conflict, to strengthen communication, to collaborate and promote respect. The curriculum is focused on: age based assumptions, communication styles, perceptions, technology, work ethic, and loyalty.
Innovative Leadership [Designed for employees in leadership roles]
What does innovative leadership look like? What strategies, practices and skills will leaders and leadership teams need to conquer the volatile, turbulent times? What type of leadership is needed to meet and exceed organizational expectations? What behaviors, relationships, attitudes, values, and outcomes are needed for leaders to consistently develop innovative approaches to leverage the full potential of the diverse workforce, retain client/customer respect and sustain the integrity of the organizational brand?
Functional Leadership [Designed for associates]
The challenges of continual change, leveraging diversity and the demand for rapid transformations are 21st Century workplace issues in nearly every industry. These challenges can be effectively managed with employees who have a functional leadership mindset. The B.R.A.V.O. Empowerment™ Functional Leadership training is designed to reinforce and introduce empowerment skills, strategies and fundamentals to build and support associates without formal leadership titles.
Critical Thinking for Problem Solving & Decision Making
It may seem unusual to consider thinking as a skill that should be explicitly studied because nearly everyone has a natural capacity to think. However, knowing information does not mean that analytic and critical thinking is taking place. Acquiring facts do not ensure that the facts can be applied appropriately. Critical thinking is a skill that facilitates applying knowledge to work life situations.

Empowerment ™ training focused on strengthening emotional intelligence (EQ) is a systems-thinking approach structured to support and nurture interpersonal skills and the interactions of individuals with co-workers, clients/customers and organizational teams.
Strategic Resilience and Change
The landscape and workplace of American society is constantly and rapidly changing. The reality for many people is embodied in the following statement from the Putman Investments advertisement, “You think you understand the situation but what you don’t understand is that the situation just changed.” The institute for strategic resilience defines Resilience as the capacity of a system to tolerate disturbance without collapsing, to withstand shocks, to rebuild itself when necessary, and to improve itself when possible.
Communication & Collaboration
The training utilizes the feedback from the I-OPT inventory to engage the participants in activities to enhance understanding the different preferences for processing information. The exercise illustrates how the I-OPT preference styles stimulate the way people communicate and collaborate. The training introduces a communication model. The model is used to examine and analyze what actually happens when people verbally communicate with each other.
Do you know and understand what is on a credit report? Do you know how a credit score is determined? Scared of identity theft and credit fraud? Are there errors on your credit report that are hurting your credit score? Learn how to overcome these obstacles and more. The workshop empowers individuals with the tools and skills to: first understand how credit impacts their life and work, how to read and understand what is on the report, how to report errors on the credit report, how to communicate with creditors regarding discrepancies, how to negotiate interest rates and how to safeguard against credit fraud and identity theft.
Life After Retirement
Life After Retirement is a four-hour workshop designed to empower the participants with information, strategies and skills to better navigate their lives after retirement. The workshop concentrates on two primary areas: Non-financial Information and Financial Information. Each component examines how the ™B.R.A.V.O. fundamentals --- Behaviors, Relationships, Attitudes, Values and Outcomes impact retirement. The Non-financial component allows the participants to connect expectations to reality and visualize life as a retiree. The financial segment is focused on understanding financial terms and learning how to research investment instruments on-line.
Six Elements of Power
A training designed to heighten self-esteem. It introduces the six elements of power and engages participants in an exploration of how the elements, when developed can impact how one experiences life.
